About
The Friends of the Dr. Eugene Clark Library is a non-profit volunteer organization created to promote and support the Lockhart Library and to encourage reading.
The group is made up of an active group of citizens who value libraries by volunteering, advocating and fundraising (beyond the regular library budget) to meet the many needs of our local public library.
The Friends believe an excellent library is an essential resource for our community. Individuals and families are encouraged to join and make a difference.
